Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, and affiliate redirect service operated by Empire Operations ("we", "us", "Empire") at empire-ops.com and through the social-media channels we publish (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Nature of the Service
The Service consists of:
- educational and informational short-video content that we publish on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube;
- an affiliate redirect service at
empire-ops.com/r/{shortcode}that resolves to a destination URL chosen for your country.
The Service is provided free of charge to viewers. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not offer paid features at this time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rules of the platform on which our content is hosted;
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the redirect service, including but not limited to scraping, brute-forcing shortcodes, or sending automated traffic intended to inflate click counts;
- impersonate Empire Operations or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
- use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of it.
5. Content and intellectual property
All content we publish, including video, audio, scripts, thumbnails, and brand assets, is owned by Empire Operations or used under licence. Personal, non-commercial sharing through the native share features of the platforms on which we publish is welcome; any other reproduction, distribution, derivative use, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written permission.
Names, logos, and trademarks of third parties referenced in our content remain the property of their respective owners. References to such third parties do not imply endorsement.
6. Affiliate disclosure
Many of our links are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and subsequently complete a qualifying purchase on the destination site, we may receive a commission from the merchant. The price you pay is not affected. See our Privacy Policy for details on what information is processed when you click such a link.
7. Third-party destinations
Our shortlinks redirect to websites operated by third parties (such as merchants and affiliate networks). We do not control those destinations and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, terms or privacy practices. Your interactions with those destinations are governed by their own terms.
8. No professional advice
Our content covers topics such as personal finance, productivity, cybersecurity awareness, and career skills. The content is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding your specific situation, and do your own research before acting on anything you see in our content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Empire Operations disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Empire Operations, its operators, or its service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for free viewers is zero.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Empire Operations harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
12. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when we do we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved by good-faith negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
