This Privacy Policy explains how Empire Operations ("we", "us", "Empire") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the social-media channels, websites, and short-video content we publish across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and the affiliate redirect service operated at empire-ops.com.

We are a small independent publisher of educational and informational content. We do not operate a consumer-facing application that requires account creation by end users; the information we handle is limited to what is necessary to publish content and to route affiliate links.

1. Who we are

Empire Operations is operated as a sole-proprietor publishing project. Our primary contact channel is e-mail: kittithatmenwichitt@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

We do not require you to provide any personal information to view our content. If you choose to e-mail us, write a comment on one of our videos, or send us a direct message through a third-party platform, we receive whatever you send (typically your platform username and the message text).

2.2 Information collected automatically when you click an affiliate link

When you click a link of the form https://empire-ops.com/r/{shortcode}, Cloudflare (our edge provider) processes the request and, before redirecting you, may log:

• the requested shortcode;
• your approximate country, as derived by Cloudflare from your IP address;
• the request timestamp;
• standard HTTP request metadata (user-agent, referer).

We use this information solely to route you to the correct destination URL and to measure aggregate click counts per shortcode. We do not store your IP address ourselves and we do not attempt to identify individual users.

2.3 Information collected by social-media platforms

The platforms on which we publish (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and similar) collect their own data about viewers in accordance with their own privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the data practices of those third-party platforms. Please consult the privacy policy of the platform you are using.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information described above for the following purposes:

• to deliver affiliate redirects to the country-appropriate destination;
• to count aggregate clicks per shortcode in order to decide which content to keep producing;
• to respond to messages you send to us;
• to comply with applicable law.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Many of our links are affiliate links: when you click one of our shortlinks and subsequently make a purchase on the destination site, we may receive a small commission from the merchant. This does not change the price you pay, and we never recommend products solely because of commission. We participate in programs operated by, among others, Amazon Associates, Impact, ShareASale, Awin, and CJ Affiliate.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We use the following third-party service providers, each of whom processes data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments:

• Cloudflare — DNS, edge proxy, Workers, and KV storage for the empire-ops.com redirect service.
• The merchant or affiliate network that operates the destination of any link you click.

6. Retention

Aggregate click counts associated with a shortcode are retained for as long as that shortcode is in active use. Inbound e-mail messages are retained as long as is reasonable for handling your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data-protection laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and others, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not collect identifying information from viewers, in most cases we will not hold any data tied to you as an individual. 8. Children

Our content is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Empire Operations is based in Thailand. Our service providers, including Cloudflare, operate global infrastructure; the limited request metadata described in section 2.2 may therefore be processed in countries other than the country from which you access our content.

10. Security

We rely on the security measures of Cloudflare and the third-party platforms that host our content. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the channels on which we publish, where feasible.
